StatusBlue, the innovative impression material combines the advantages of VPS with the material properties of alginates. The advantageous characteristics of alginates such as short setting time, good hydrophilic properties and easy removal are supplemented by the outstanding material properties of VPS like detail reproduction, good recovery after deformation and dimensional stability. Unlike alginates StatusBlue is 100% dust-free, can be cold disinfected, and allows for clean and safe impression taking. Thus impressions can be stored for weeks and reused indefinitely. Its smooth surface minimizes the effort to trim e.g. while producing temporaries and allows exact models. StatusBlue is suitable for every situation, specifically designed as a high efficiency alternative to traditional alginates.
