Spring loaded to push sponges to the top of the dispenser during use. Top cover to reduce airborne contamination of unused sponges. Bottom weighted to prevent tipping. Leakproof, the unit will hold sponges and disinfecting solutions or alcohol for making economical wipes. Sterilizable by all cold solutions including phenols and glutaraldehydes. Steam autoclavable (with the lid off).
